Can you add friends in Diggy's Adventure if you play it on an Android device? I know you can if you play it online but I'm not sure if you're able to do it now on a tablet/phone.
No, friends functionality doesn't exist on the mobile app. However, you can play the pc version on a mobile app by using the Chrome browser and playing the game through FB.
