Help! I have completed Mountain of Echoes, Planetarium, and Scorched Gate (Skadi), but the game is telling me I have not collected the third journal piece from Mountain of Echoes. I placed stones over the skeletons, I have watched YouTube videos on how to get the shovel for the mole and glasses for the owl, but all items have been mined, and it shows on the map page as completed (430/430). I am unable to move forward in Scandinavia past the Scorched Gate (also completed), and all of the side quests are locked. Please advise!
