Well as reported in the Mobile App I find it is doing the same in the PC game. I had not paid attention much if it actual was affecting my game but paid close attention today was in the hidden location when finishing the clearing of “Snowy Neighbourhood” when Santa stepped away. I had cleared all but 3 tiles and 78 energies left, when the ‘Error’ screen appeared and after reloading all tiles returned and had only 200 energies. The circled areas are all the ones that returned after the reload and the energy was not restored. This is a problem in both versions. How do you submit a ticket or is there anything that needs to be done?
